Terminology: Executive Board and Executive CouncilThe Executive Board consists of the VJCL co-chairs, officers and their sponsors. Meetings with the Executive Board are "closed" to the VJCL.
The Executive Council consists of the Executive Board AND two delegates from any delegation and one delegate from members-at-large. Meetings with the Executive Council are "open" to the VJCL at large and all sponsors are welcome to attend. Executive Board meetings are in the winter and Executive Council meetings are in the fall and spring. |
