The Forum is the publication of the VJCL. It is published in October, February and May. The Forum includes up-to-date information on VJCL and NJCL Conventions, their activities, and their registration procedures. Each chapter has the opportunity to offer ideas and pictures in the Chapter News section. The Forum wishes to live up to its name and to provide all members and chapters of the VJCL with the opportunity to express their views, ideas, and creativity.
